WANT TO SHIP BACK.

THE AMOUNT OF DECLARED VALUE
COVERAGE, IF ANY.

THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION
YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE READY. IF THERE IS A CONTACT PERSON WHO IS AWARE OF
YOUR SHIPMENT, PLEASE GIVE US THEIR NAME TOO.

THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU WILL
REQUIRE FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT (i.e. OVERNIGHT, STANDARD, etc.), AND ANY
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

ALL OF THE ABOVE
INFORMATION REQUESTED SHOULD BE INDICATED ON THE HAWB YOU WILL BE
LEAVING WITH YOUR SHIPMENT. ATTACH THE HAWB TO ONE OF THE BOXES AND
REMEMBER TO TAKE THE TOP “SENDER'S COPY" FOR YOUR BILLING AND
TRACKING REFERENCE.
